Who we are. This site is operated by Collective Z LLC (“Collective Z”, “Camp Z”, “we”), a contemporary art gallery at 325 Broome Street, New York, NY. Contact: a@collectivez.com.
What we collect. Only what you give us and a minimal usage log. When you save works to a shortlist, sign up for news, ask a question, request an installment plan, or make an offer, we collect the details you enter — name, email, phone if you choose, your message, and the works and amounts involved. Separately, the site keeps a first-party usage log: a random session identifier stored in your browser, the pages and works viewed, rough time stamps, how you arrived (for example, a QR code at the booth), and a browser user-agent string. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or fingerprinting, and we do not collect precise location.
What we use it for. To respond to your offers, questions, and installment requests; to hold your shortlist; to understand which works draw interest during the fair; and — only if you tick the optional box — to send occasional gallery news. Marketing is opt-in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Offers made on this site are non-binding until the gallery confirms in writing.
Where it lives, who sees it. Data is stored with our service providers: Supabase (database hosting, US), Netlify (site hosting), and Make/Gmail (delivery of notification emails to the gallery). It is seen by Collective Z staff only. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we never will.
Retention. Fair-site records are kept through the fair and our follow-up season, then reviewed and pruned. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you — email a@collectivez.com and we will action it promptly.
Your choices. You can browse without submitting anything. You can decline the marketing checkbox and still use every feature. You can clear your browser storage to reset your session and shortlist on this device. New York and California residents: we do not sell personal information; the rights described above (access, correction, deletion) apply to you as to everyone.
